On Is the Sky Falling ?

(This was a letter I wrote to the Cardinal regarding Laudato SI’ and the environment.)

“So we may be the loving, caring church that God wants us to be as long as it doesn’t inconvenience us too much, the weather is right, it won’t cost us any money, we won’t get sweaty and don’t have to lift a finger and it fits into our schedule. Let us Pray to the Lord.”
