Stephen King and I came upon the same idea. I did it as they say in Vermont, "on accident." Looking at some old emails I realized that I was always writing to someone and telling stories. You need to write to someone that you want to share some concept with. You write just like you are talking to a best friend in an email.King also worked in a dry cleaners and the similarities ended there.
